1. How do I redeem my Reward Points in the Rewards Store?
First, you need to acquire the appropriate number of Reward Points (RPs) that are necessary for the redemption of your desired prize. For example, if you would like to order the iTunes $50 Gift Card, you'll need to accumulate a total of 27,500 RPs. Once you have the equivalent value or more in your RPs balance, you are eligible to exchange your reward points instantly. Check out the Rewards Store page for more details.
Once you have decided what you would like to exchange your RPs for just click on the item and fill out the form. The Request will be sent to customer support. Please allow up to 72 hours to process requests
