The minimum buy-in can be as low as US$0.05 or as high as US$10.00.


3. Can I buy-in for less than the minimum?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.


4. What is the rake and how is it computed?
The money removed from each pot by the house is the rake.


5. What is the rake with the real money rounds?
The house rake is 10% of the pot size.


6. How long will it take to receive my cash out or withdrawal?
This will depend on which method was used to make the original deposit but the majority of withdrawals are processed with 48 hours.


7. Will other players be able to see my details?
All information players use to register with us is confidential. The only information other players have access to is your username and your city/town of residence. Other than this information no other player has access to any information you provide us with. The information is kept in our secure database.


8. For what purposes do you need my personal information?
It is necessary for us to have your personal information for security reasons. Specifically for those players who will at some point wish to make a withdrawal request, we review all personal information closely in order to prevent fraud. We do not give away any personal information, nor do we use it in order to send spam or junk mail.


9. Can I use false information when registering an account?
We do not recommend that players use false information when registering with the site, since this will inevitably cause problems if a player who has registered using false information wishes to make a withdrawal request.


10. How do I change my username?
We discourage username changes, as this is the only way in which players can identify each other on the virtual trivia stage. If you have a compelling reason to change your nickname, you must e-mail your request to the general manager for consideration. Again, we discourage changing nicknames.


11. How can I change the information in my account details?
If for any reason you need to update any of your personal information, you can do so by contacting the Live Help and asking them to assist you with the matter.


12. What are Reward Points?
Reward Points are earned by real money players and can be exchanged for a wide range of prizes in both the Rewards Store and within My Account.

Reward Points can be earned by playing in the Real Money, single round cash games and through TriviaPot promotions such as the Sign Up Bonus and Refer a Friend program.


13. What is Trivia Cash?
Trivia Cash is gaming credit which is won by players competing in the Player Points Ladder Tournaments. Players then use Trivia Cash to play at the Real Money tables.

Trivia Cash can be converted to real money however must be rolled over 10 times before any real money withdrawals can be made.
