1. Play for Free by earning Player Points
You can win cash and prizes by playing for free and earning Player Points. It is not necessary to make an initial deposit. Simply sign up and start playing. You will automatically be given 5,000 Player Points to start playing with. If your account gets too low, you can simply re-fill you account.

2. Win cash and prizes in the Player Points Ladder Tournaments
After you create your account you will automatically be entered into our
Player Points Ladder Tournaments which can run for a few days, a week, a month or longer. You can start playing right away because your Player Points balance will automatically have 5,000 points.
The goal is to finish among the top Player Points(PP) earners for a specific time period in order to win cash or prizes for that specific tournament. For example, suppose that a weekly tournament is running from Monday to Friday. Your goal is to earn as many player points as possible for those five days. Be the first player to answer the questions correctly. The more PPs you earn the better your chances of finishing at the top of the points ladder.
If you finish among the leaders on the Points Ladder you can win Trivia Cash, which are game credits that can be used just like real money. The Trivia Cash will appear in your real money balance and must be rolled over 10 times in order to be converted to real cash. At that point you are free to make a withdrawal.
We will also be giving away prizes such as cool gear, electronics and gift certificates to some of your favorite stores like Amazon, iTunes and Best Buy.
Note: You will not be able to use your player points to redeem for prizes in the Rewards Store as this is only available to TriviaPot members (real money players).
HINTS: Try to play in rooms that have the largest number of players as these rooms will typically yield the largest amounts of points per pot.
Accuracy and speed count. Remember to be the first player to answer the question correctly in order to win the pot. Otherwise, each question you don't answer correctly will reduce your point total for that period.
Remember that it's not how many total points you have in your Player Points balance but rather how many PPs you have earned for that specific tournament.
3. Player Points Prize Calendar
The Player Points Prize Calendar will contain all of the most up to date information about the current and upcoming Points Ladder event promotions. Here you will be able to check on tournament start dates as well as what prizes or how much Trivia Cash is being given away to the winners. All tournament times will begin and end at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, covering 24 hour increments. For example, a tournament scheduled for Monday through Friday would begin at 12:00 AM Monday and end at 12:00 midnight Friday.
Start playing as soon as the tournament starts. Keep playing as much as you can in order to accumulate as many Player Points as possible.
4. Player Points Ladder Rankings
The Player Points Ladder Rankings page shows which players are currently at the top of the Points Ladder. Here you will be able to see the standings for current live tournaments as well as past results for the current month. At the beginning of each new tournament everyone will start out at the bottom of the ladder. You will move up the ladder as you accumulate Player Points. As you move ahead of the player in front of you, they will be moved down a rung on the ladder and so on.
Remember, everybody will be competing to climb to the top so play as much as you can to not lose your position!
This ladder leader board will be updated at various points throughout the day.
